Before you Tilt
Ah, the steam. If a poker player claims never to have looked down the barrel of a looming steam – they’re either lying or they have not been wagering very long. This doesn’t imply of course that each and every one has gone on steam before, some players have great willpower and carry their squanderings as a hit and keep it at that. To be a great poker gambler, it’s absolutely crucial to appraise your successes and your defeats in a similar way – with no emotion. He sucked you out on the river? – Well hold it right here. This is a classic choice for a new gambler to start tilting. They really just burned too much money on one round that they should have won and they are aggravated
