Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the east with the wild west in an awesome game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler vs. the house, unlike nearly all other poker games that players compete with other players. By betting against the dealer, new players do not need to be concerned about any other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their $$$$.

A further Pai Gow edge is the fairly slow game pace, rookies should be able to take their time and plan while not having to make hasty decisions.

It is also simpler to bet on for an extended time with only a little amount of cash since, to lose, both of your hands has to be under each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the customary 52-card basic deck and one joker. The gambler is given 7 cards faces showing and the house gets 7 cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a 2 card hand have to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the casino’s.
