Online poker has become world famous as of late, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. The games universal appeal, though, stretches back quite a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been created, including a handful of games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely affiliated with blackjack than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers bet against the house instead of each other. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little conniving or other kinds of boondoggle. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up just before the dealer declares "No further wagers." At that instance, both you and the dealer and of course every one of the different players receive five cards. Once you have seen your hand and the bank’s first card, you need to in turn make a call wager or accede. The call bet’s value is akin to your original wager, meaning that the risks will have increased two fold. Giving Up means that your ante goes instantaneously to the house. After the wager is the conclusion. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, including a figure on par with the initial bet. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or greater, you win if your hand defeats the dealer’s hand. The bank pays out cash equal to your ante and set expectations on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • 3-1 for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
